Yes but is the Federal Reserve bank a legal entity?
That is the Fed is a private owned entity.
In 1913 the Fed was " legalized " against the US Constitution requirements that the US currency be backed by gold and or silver.
Most interesting is that " income tax " was introduced at the same time that the Fed was created. That is the US citizen and by dint the world pays income tax to pay for the " privileges "
of bankers " printing " the US dollar out of " thin air " .
