The big sell orders started on the 26/03/12 - the same day the announcement came out about the Independance Group Iron Ore in the West. Questions came out in the thread about who was capping and why.
I think this is just games being played by brokers/instos who are interested in the story but not prepared to pay top dollar if their interest gets out.
