Try calling either Patersons or RM capital who are the listed underwriters of the placement and ask you have a cheque and want some placement stock and find out the answer , I did this over a week ago and was told it's all done and had very strong interest. With people missing out I would say from experience that the placement will be selective designed to keep the registry tight , with third of the stock in escrow for 2 years for the epat owners and then third is the existing shareholders of MNQ that leaves third for the placement stock, keeping that placement tight and not in loose hands will bode well for the share price and all holders.

But like all things in markets you dont predict you react to what it does , I'm glad I am an existing shareholder and bought when they initially announced this acquisition since it researched like a slam dunk !!!!
