    I've never bought any share in PDY. Have you look at class action against Great Southern timber?

    I was shock to hear about lawyer fee ($20m lawyer fee class action, which was very rare). This guy invested $170K in Great Southern, now ANOTHER $300K fee... This person in ABC's report lost $470K out of $170K investment (more than 100% loss). I didn't have any investment in Great Southern neither.

    So, SC what's fee like? If PDY runs out of money, they can place the company in VA. So who will pay for lawyer's fee?
