FDC approached NVN in October last year about the merger...
This is a great outcome for fdc...practically buying a AReit twice its size with generally better quality assets, with an all script purchase, especially when it's trading price is 22% above its nta... well done to management
Can't wait to see the benefits of the re-developed whopper Chadstone mall flow through to fdc as well now.
