I understand what you are saying.
all im suggesting is that "price paid, determines return" ...... paying 30+ times for a business means everything has to go exactly right .......that's all.....
the relationship with the realtor ....its just abt the revenue split .......
plse chk and review the margins in non-Oz juristictions .......
