am aware of the o/s expansion ....
am also aware of the various ways of "adjusting" the gross margin ....as they squeeze the realtors ......they will force some of them to other platforms ........as REA is a smart outfit .......am sure they have already got an "A, B, C, D " client list ........
every business on the planet has an "S" shaped curve ..........
the interwebby .......has ALMOST NIL barriers to entry ........
payin 30+ times EPS ........means everything has to go "right" ......
may have a "blow off" top .....mid 50's ??????
I agree - REA is a good business .........but you don't make money buy paying full and fair ........
see flight center - after the plane incident .....and the "crash" .....and the eventual rebound ..........same thing !
