    when things are "priced" for perfection ......and perfection doesn't occur (for whatever reason) .....then its (often) a painful adjustment ......

    compound the 25% p.a revenue growth for say 5 years ......and then ask "how big is the aussie total real estate mk" ? .....

    that I think is the "point" of TeTeTe .....
