Apparently and I think it was Quanyum but you'll need to check with him, someone offered to lend them money if needed to help fund the purchase but was declined, apparently $500k was on the table, usual T &C's would apply, to help the deal get the deal over the line.
Does anyone recall the terms of the funding that we had??? Not me
