Or may be management deliberately announcing such a consolidation ratio so to keep short term traders away from this stock and want some strong hands who can hold the stock for longer term???? And they may change the ratio to 22:1 in the new prospectus who knows. 60mil roughly more shares will be issued under new prospectus which means there will be huge selling from 6c through to 10c jeez
