The only thing that turned me off MOO initially was the poor capital structure. With their initial 70:1 consolidation plan it would mean that the market cap would be quite ridiculous at an sp of 0.4c - and hence the immediate selloff when the acquisition was announced. If they were to stick to 45:1 consolidation now they should really be looking at maybe raising the cr price to more than 5c - everybody wins. The uncertainty with the consolidation and the cr price will mean that MOO will meet with a lot of selling pressure above 0.2c. I thought Peter Wall should know better.
