The x-factor there, to my way of thinking at least, is what does the capital structure look like after the company does the capital raising/debt issuing/paper-writing it states is necessary for adequate working capital? After today's AGM we're seeing an additional 15% shares (about 3.9mln) issued to Petra Capital at at 10% discount - which if we take your $4.80 as bang on with current share base, back of the envelope discount/dilution would takes us to about $3.67...
Not sure I see a short-run bounce for we small retail investors.
