Eneabba Gas (ASX:ENB) is preparing to outline details of a material announcement in relation to an energy asset acquisition.
The ASX has granted the company a trading halt, with ENB's shares placed in pre-open.
ENB held just under $1.8 million in cash at the end of June 2014.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Wednesday 22nd October 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
