Have a feeling that with the Chinese running the Cudeco sideshow, could have been some anomalies that didnt sit right with EHR. who knows, they need to tell the market why they ran. Seems a bit funny what yu said Old Car, NRW got the contract and then Andy put in by the Chinese over NRW. (Chinese are running the show, Board just puppets with 5 Chinese Directors) I also hear that Andy never even put in a tender. Just cant see 1 reason other than that why EHR would make a runner to the door. Cream will float to the surface sooner of later.

Investigation: look at CDU announcement on CDU website 16Jan2017. Look at file name.

(better look quick before they change it)To me that means that NRW were given the contract for the mining and then for some unknown reason whacko, Andy gets the contract over the companies that tendered for the $250m mining contract without even putting in a tender. Maybe Andy had talk with Chinese and did a deal and wiped out NRW. One can only guess what went on but seems that Emeco said, Let get the F out of here. This is only a conclusion I can come to. Unless Emeco and Cudeco do what they are supposed to do and inform the market on these VERY MATERIAL MATTERS, then these "rumours" will persist until the regulator steps in for the real story. Why would Emeco pay all that money for Andy's including massive Goodwill (contracts in place) and then after couple of months leave Andy with the new $250m contract and walk away. CDU also slimey announcement,no mention of Andy staying and getting new contract,Just say,"new contractor apponted with knowledge on the Rocklands Mining operations. All to cloak and dagger for me.
