I'm ok with them selling it down the line - if they receive a much higher price/value for it. Also keep in mind just because the trend has been to scale and sell investments/businesses, doesn't mean it will necessary follow that trend or that they won't hold it for 2+ years. Each business/investment DVI is involved in is unique and should be treated as such.

Overall good news in my opinion - SP should hit .03-.04 short term I reckon.
