I'm a new investor in DVI. The growth that ibuynow has achieved and its strategy sets it apart from REA (and other online property websites) and I think it presents a lot of opportunity. Was glad to read the news today. I also like the way DVI acquires businesses largely through scrip - encouraging strong relationships post-sale and continued focus on growth and delivery.
ibuynow has had huge growth, with 1HFY16 properties sold already ahead of FY15! (Among other notable growth numbers).
I've only took a small punt currently, but am watching closely and might take up more .
