the sale is dependent on "due diligence" on mostly lease titles,these were inherited from Mintails and others originally,they are old titles subject to new laws (but grandfathered),....unfortunately new solicitors means new work.
The 4mil is part of the agreement and was subject to some guarantees of performance. MQ has spent time in SA recently to oversee this. If you check the previous announcements you will see completion dates.
