I am not familiar with the previous company, (didn't do much research on this, as you probably guessed) just bought this one on the basis that it was a good business and by the looks of it 357 % increase in revenue isn't bad. I don't think it will be too long before this company turns a profit. Prepared to sit on this one for many years to come.
