    "UBS observes that more oil was discovered.......but this was offset.........."

    Surely the net result is that more oil was discovered but UBS make it sound like 2 C&S + 2 P&A = 0 discoveries.

    When I went to school 2 + 0 still equals 2

    Our best and brightest at work again.

    WTF does the market want 100% strike rate all the time. Want a bunch of tools we all are.
