Even though I will benefit handsomely if the MC reaches the milestones, these sort of 'freebies' do irk me somewhat. If someone is paid to do a job, just do the job, if management needs to be incentivised to do what they are already paid to do, they are sticking their snout too deep in the trough for my liking. I expect the MC would reach the milestones (or will go close to it) without these performance shares. I have never needed performance shares or 'easy' options to motivate me to work hard, if I worked hard I got paid and I got to keep my job. 8.4 mill would make for a nice little dividend for loyal shareholders too, instead of filling the pockets of one. Oh well it is the Chinese year of the pig, I suppose.

Stop complaining you want the best pay for it, looking forward to the 200 mil plus mkt cap good move in my opinion, seen a lot of companies go under with lousy managers.
