If someone is paid to do a job, just do the job, if management needs to be incentivised to do what they are already paid to do, they are sticking their snout too deep in the trough for my liking.

I have never needed performance shares or 'easy' options to motivate me to work hard, if I worked hard I got paid and I got to keep my job.

8.4 mill would make for a nice little dividend for loyal shareholders too, instead of filling the pockets of one.

Oh well it is the Chinese year of the pig, I suppose.

You are probably right that the share price will possibly reach this milestone anyway, but I for one think the tail wind (as I see it) of these performance incentives is a great incentive to go a little farther and think outside the square.

The salary at $270K USD will not be of any concern once we attain the 10-16K Ton per month.

As one of the larger shareholders I am happy with this and looking forward to getting our own processing plant going and hopefully go shopping for other Latin America projects. At the moment there are quite a few that are out there.

GLTAH and bring on the Jan production figures...
