Well he’s been richly rewarded with an almost doubling of his long term incentive package and a halving of the performance needed to get his first tranche. Added to this a US $270k PA salary. If the MC reaches 200 million in the next two years ( which I think it will) BM is set to pocket a handsome AU $8.4 million. Not quite fat cat territory of the banks but a lot for a small company.
