Poor timing? You can only ever say that in hindsight. I've held two companies in the recent past that CR and the SP dropped significantly since for both. You then have people on HC praising them saying 'masterstroke' to CR when the SP was high, limiting dilution. It's called hindsight bias. Now is the right time because cash is getting low.
