- Catalyst secures $1.5 million placement with St Barbara,sbm-cyl.ax
- Placement comprises issue of 3 million ordinary fully paid shares in Catalyst at a subscription price of 50 cents per share
- Funds raised from placement will allow exploration programmes in Whitelaw gold belt
