Yep - I suggest those who have invested with the intention of being in CXX for the long term really keeps monitoring what is happening very closely and keeps their wits about them.
I have this nagging feeling that the seeds for a nifty takeover started to be sown quite some time ago. With Ian now going to Chairman and Craig going to "Non-Executive" Director, it could represent (in a subtle way of course) just a few more of these seeds being sown.
I note the attempt at calming the masses by the Board thanking Craig "for his ongoing support of the Company". But of course, that could all change by tomorrow if Craig decides to sell up. It's already happened once not long ago....
I clearly remember Grant Davey presenting to a group last September extolling the virtues of CXX - intimating (stating?) he intended to be in for the long term and would be recommending his family to buy in etc etc etc. A couple of months later he had not only left the Company - but sold out all his shares as well.
Are we to get sucked in again?
