It seems their plan is to strike it big. That is ALWAYS the plan with junior miners. Problem is, no one knows if/when that will happen - hence 2.5BN shares on issue, OB conversions in AUG would mean 3+BN SOI, cap raise BEFORE permits at 5.5 - so if permits do come through, it's dump city by sophs until CTM has the cash money to buy shares back. 3bn SOI for a company worth so little is like a dead weight on the SP
