The only upside might be a small pump to say, 8c if they're lucky. Then I might offload and wait till they sort their registry out. 5.5 for 'sophs' is a good price, but they ain't holding LT (mostly): Sophs is a shortened version of 'sociopaths' - they don't hold, rather, hold, pump, sell, company burns to ground, they move on to the next one. (i.e. I've had a bad day, don't belive the negativity, things could be better than I predict)
