The better get the environmental permits soon. You would think they would have announced if they had been successful with the permits before doing a cap raise.. otherwise, the 'sophisticated investors' can screw the SP as soon/if the permits come through.

Waiting through the rains is one thing, not receiving permits that were supposed to be locked an loaded by now is another. Plus, the share placements are getting more and more out of hand. - 2 billion plus shares on issue for a company worth $10-15mil is dangerous territory. They need to get into a position where they can buy some of these back or the SOI acts as a constant cap on the SP.
