please consider, ceu was issued at $1, nearly reached $2 pre GFC, then did a capital raise at 48 cents. l mean, longer term holders want something closer to $1, and the timeing is so opportunistic considering dist. is likely to rise year end and they have paid down a lot of debt and look attractively geared at this stage.
