PERSONALLY l dont think 55cents is enough - would expect 60 c, and in particular l dont like the 14 mil break fee that CEU has to pay Horizon.
l would expect other bidders to emerge, and they should be free to accept other bidders and not pay a break fee.
how do others feel?
