What you have said about TCCC is pretty much on the money.

Regarding their investment in Indonesia, some may recall that some years ago CCL had the bottling rights to South Korea, which was a major disaster.

With their company share and recent investment, TCCC will be monitoring performance closely.

If the performance and share price don't improve, don't be surprised if either:

1. CCL are politely asked by big brother to give another bottler a go in Indonesia ie sell it off, or alternatively,
2. TCCC start sounding out international bottlers to gobble up CCL as a whole

TCCC carry so much power in the overall scheme of things with bottlers that what they say goes.

Note: Except when Terry Davis was involved. Quite the maverick, as evidenced by the Jim Beam and alcohol expansions, which really got TCCC offside.
