    June 14 (Reuters) - Centuria Urban REIT (CUA) :

    • Confirm that resolutions voted on at EGM of CUA unitholders of a proposal to merge Centuria Metropolitan REIT and CUA, have been passed
    • At separate meeting held CMA unitholders approved acquisition by CMA of CUA units held by unit of Centuria Capital Group
