The price has certainly shown the sort of pattern that you might expect with a discounted offering. However, I wonder if rising interest rates are also starting to concern people. I think interest rates will start to climb due to the banks overseas borrowings. In that context I have been watching for any sign that REITS would start to be repriced downwards.
Up until the last couple of weeks the prices of the ones I have an interest in had been holding or rising - so no sign of concern. But now? Not sure - but watching closely! In an ideal world CMA would digest the acquisition costs as they would with any major purchase and power onwards. We will see.
