Very perceptive observation Royand from a first time poster but long time observer.Plenty of big,bold announcements but where are the results??Here is just a couple of interesting statements to whet your appetite;
In the AFR article July 2014 T3Ds chairman quoted the following;
"The growth of 3D printing in Australia will be driven by kids, says entrepreneur John Conidi , who predicts affordable, easy-to-use 3D printers will become the “gift of choice" at Christmas next year"
A little grandiose maybe? Two Christmases have gone by (15&16) and I cant say 3D printers were in my kids Christmas stockings.. Am I the exception?
But this one is even more disconcerting:
On 27 October 2016 T3D announced to the ASX that they had appointed Doug Baird as their General Manager.Why did they feel such a routine appointment was worthy of an ASX announcement.? GM''s are appointed all time .Big deal .The announcement is still on their website! What I love about this one is not the fact its hardly worthy announcing , but that it also appears to be completely untrue. Somehow I think they need to tell Doug he's T3D's General Manager as I hear he was never employed by T3D. Unless theres more than one Doug Baird who worked for Keech!!!
If this is true this announcement and its continued presence is negligible at best and deceptive at worst...
