It would be preferable for the share price to remain at a reasonable level until after the time of assessment for the bonus payment to management. Otherwise, we may end up with a dilution of holdings.
As seen at the last assessment, this can be difficult for management themselves and would be very awkward for them to defer it again.
This is a stock for which we want to see a steady rise in share price, not sudden dramatic rises. Good dividends is the key to the formula management have created working.
