I'm a LT holder that has worked this out many times so please correct me if I'm wrong.

Performance fee waived for the 31/12/15 as of the half year financial report 2/2/16. N0t till 31/12/16 unless I've missed an announcement.

Commencement date of performance fee was amended to start at the 1/1/16 with a agreed SP of .3468c, so fee for this half ending 30/6/16 with the SP at 41c will be roughly $160mil * 17.5% * (17% - 1%) = $4,480,000 fee.

Now hoping the SP doesn't rise much more next peformance fee at 31/12/16 will be around 175mil * 17.5% * (21% - 3%) = $5,512,500 fee.

This is why a steady rises SP is better for this stock, and people should be aware of the fee.

I hope I have missed an annoncement somewhere and it is waived till your said date.
