    A reward for shareholders through a Listed Renouncable Options Issue, before handing out the performance shares to the workers. X price vwap for last 14 days?
    Give the good Dr a nudge please. LOL.

    It is a way for a shareholder to take on more risk without pushing the sp through the roof. And the Company gets the money. WIN-WIN.
