So my take on this is the article was posted at 12:30am yesterday morning being the 21st where he states that they have put in a 'written proposal but he hasn't had time to consider it.' If that doesn't get him in trouble then it buggers me. Surely that wording would be indicative of this company needing to lodge a notice to the ASX. The proposal could be anything from taking a minority interest in the company to a full blown takeover to wanting to buy a couple of baskets of Bestons food for their family in Korea!!!
