I thought the deal with CSS is, as much as anything, designed to use excess fish in creating food products at Mori Seafoods.
That would be more likely to be attractive to our domestic market than China. The Chinese middle class would want fresh fish. They don't go for frozen fish. However, here we go for the frozen fish in the box. Tassal market their salmon in a box that is easily microwaved for a delicious, healthy fast meal. Hopefully Mori can do something similar, maybe even supplying under the Yarra Valley ready meals label to make Hiramasa Kingfish an upmarket fast meal with good margin.
