Although the PF is obviously quite high, I'm just happy we didn't see any obvious SP manipulation this past week/month. Any manipulation could have doomed the SP in the long run, so I think we can safely put this theory to rest.
At the end of the day, the more shares management have, the more of an invested interest management will have in seeing the SP move forward and to release positive SP sensitive announcements.
