BFC didn't buy the company PBP so how are they going to turn it around?
BFC bought assets from PBP in the form of their protein plant, alot of assets BFC have bought are from companies that we're in debt that's how BFC purchased them so cheap (fire sales). Some of these assets, propertys have already been valued far above what BFC bought them for, and are producing Two to Three times more product than before BFC owned them.
In the half year financial report BFC produced 837 tonnes of whey YTD ( vs a budget of of 270 tonnes for the full year 2015-16). So still had another 3 months production to go, so I'd say it's been successful.
Annual report due on the 24/10/16 but will have plenty of "measurable announcements" before then.
All this can be found easily on your trading platform so please DYOR so I can stop doing it for you.
