I think it is a positive that the previous CEO went and now the controller of the Board has seen the light. Lev Mizikovsky has around 10% at stake which is a lot of money at stake and must have been disappointed in the lack of information about the company's performance over the last 12 months.
I sense that the board and the previous CEO had lost some energy and focus.
Many businesses are going through significant change and need a new focus and challenging of the 'this is the way we have done things'.
Over the last year there was really no specific information to provide shareholders with some understanding of what has been going on.
It is arrogant for Boards of Directors to act as if 'we [they] know best'.
I wrote to the Company about April May asking was there information that should be released to shareholders to explain the poor performance. I go a terse response to even ask. They must know best!!!
I think it is interesting that now two? directors have gone. I would have liked to be a fly on the wall at some of the private meetings with the Chairman.
