- Lodgement of court orders with asic (CKL)
- Confirms that it lodged an office copy of court order made by supreme court of Victoria with Australian securities and investments commission
- Says accordingly, the scheme is now legally effective
- Colorpak will be applying to the asx for its shares to be suspended from trading at the close of trading on April 12
- Under scheme,subject to payment of scheme consideration, all of issued shares in Colorpak will be transferred to graphic packaging international Australia
