Took a small stake, think they are not mine developers, but good at seeing opportunities at making $$ from mines with potential.
If they keep doing this perhaps with enough $$ they may develop, but in the interim they still make $$
Lack of HC posts is upsetting, although too many posts and things can soon be overbought as the herd arrives.
