I can only think that the Oz company has two things YCI may need:
1. Losses
2. Employment and underutilised capacity (and possibly knowledge) of this type of transaction.
Given that YCI is getting nothing out of its 60% ownership, it may aswell put it to good use.
Possibly even a spike in the CYU asset value (but it hasn't occurred) but in this type of market environment, people want cash in the bank before they believe the story
