There are a few problems with this business. High priced debt is building up for an increase in lower quality loan book and three quick acquisitions, albeit small ones, in a short period will mean a possible difficult integration phase. It is going to need a lot of skill and will take quite some time, and there is not much room for error given the high priced debt. Will come down to the quality of the management and deft footwork.
