- Acquisition, capital raising & upgrade to earnings guidance (CGR)
- Has entered into a binding agreement to acquire 180 group
- Deal for consideration of $35.5M
- Says acquisition will be immediately earnings accretive
- Deal will directly drive FY finance divisional revenue growth to more than $23.0m+, up 130%+ on FY 2016 forecast
- FY EBITDA is expected to grow to in excess of $10.5m+, excluding any growth in 180
