    May 3 (Reuters) - Cape Lambert Resources Ltd (CFE)

    • Agreed all terms on joint venture agreement with Congolese Co, Paragon Mining Sarl (Paragon) to form a 50/50 joint venture
    • JV to develop Kipushi Cobalt Copper Tailings Project, Kasombo Copper-Cobalt Projects
