Thanks @andrewk65, thats a pretty good analysis, and the only response so far.
Just as a personal thought regarding your comment about the cr after consolidation...... maybe, just maybe ..they were anticipating the struggle to settle the IKON dispute and realised they had to cover their bets...????
The cash raise gave them operation funds, but also hid the amount of payout required to settle costs at a minimised embarrassment of otherwise being broke and struggling to find cash.
All in my own opinion of course, but just as well the cr took place!
