Might add that the 34 million is only for one test and in the USA alone.
There are three other tests with Triage being another one with potential for a large uptake.
Roughly 2/3 of NZ Health Boards have taken up the full suite and anything could happen in Asia with Raffles Group and 5 hospitals all currently checking it out. Getting CMS is the key and normally takes about 5 years to get approval. The five years is up and they have the clinical verification, the codes for billing and the Lab test price set. All that remains is for the CMS LCD (Local Coverage Determination).
The Test price will become effective 1st January 2019 so if they felt inclined to approve it about then I guess we could have some cause for a great NY celebration.
One thing I dont know about this is if the royalties have been paid for all tests done.
If PEB havent been paid as is the case with CMS, and boy, they have done a lot of tests for them, there may be some kind of a windfall once that is sorted out and CDY may get a bit of a boost as well
